Hours of coverage
A two-hour package films the ceremony and little else. An eight-hour package starts before the dress goes on and ends after the first dances. Divide the price by the hours before you compare anything.
Which films are included
A highlight film, a full ceremony edit, a toasts edit and a longer feature film are four different deliverables. Some packages include one, some include all four. The cheapest number on this page includes one.
Who shoots it and who edits it
Agencies send a local crew and edit in a central office. A solo studio sends the person you spoke to, and often edits it too. Neither is wrong, but the price should tell you which one you are buying.
Travel and drone
Some studios fold travel and drone coverage into the package. Others quote them as line items after you inquire. Ask for the all-in number for your venue before you compare it to anyone else's.

What should we ask a studio that does not publish prices?
Ask for the all-in number for your date and venue, in writing, with the hours of coverage, the films included, the delivery timeline and whether travel and drone are inside it. Most studios will answer on the first call.
